How do you find your dream job? According to our Business Development Manager, Margarita Wade, you’ve got to create it for yourself.
“I had just flown back from Greece after living there for many years and wanted to figure out my next move. I circled Total Image as one of the companies that I really wanted to work for, but saw that they didn’t have a Melbourne office, so I just called up and pitched myself, and that’s how I got the job.”
Margarita has been with us since 2014 and has since carved out a niche for herself as the face of Total Image in Melbourne. She’s the bubbly, brilliant busy bee that takes care of our Victorian clients, as well as several of our nation-wide accounts too. Although she’s many miles from the Sydney Total Image HQ, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
“I love Melbourne. I love it here. I love the way that we do business in Melbourne, and I love the intimacy that I have with all my clients down here.”
When she’s not on the road to meet with suppliers or talking business over lunch with clients (one of her favourite parts of the job!), you’ll usually find Margarita neck-deep in samples and quotes as she works towards delivering on the next client brief.
“There’s such a joy in seeing a brief really come together and work. Seeing a client happy, seeing their staff happy, seeing how their uniform really elevates their business, it’s really satisfying.”
Margarita is a passionate advocate of sustainability and environmental responsibility. She’s spearheading Total Image’s sustainability program, and her expertise and enthusiasm is a huge asset for Total Image in paving the way forward toward a more sustainable uniform industry.
Her favourite part about Total Image? It’s the team culture, and our fearless leader, CEO Pamela Jabbour.
